Based on the book by Mario Vargas Llosa "La fiesta del chivo", tells the story of the dictator Rafael Leónidas Trujillo, who in his beginnings was a cattle thief and over time cruelly ruled the Dominican Republic between 1930 and 1961, assuming power after a suspicious choice.
