She reflects on life in Albert Square with Dot, Ian and her children - but the person she wants to see most of all, her son David, is not there, and Janine still refuses to believe her stepmother is as ill as she claims. Derek is also unmoved by Pat's plight and continues to taunt her, while Bianca notices a peculiar tension between Ricky and Mandy
