When Doraemon's Clone Conditioner is rubbed into a person's hair, a hair plucked from that person's head will transform into a miniature clone - the catch being that it only lasts for 15 minutes. Noby and Sneech use the gadget to create miniature clone armies to get their comics back from Big G.
