S18 • E79 Oct 10, 2016 30mRuhma visits expectant couple Nadiya and Fazal whose baby has a heart defect which she feels may be the result of their being cousins. When Nadiya crashes her car Fazal fears that she is trying to induce a miscarriage but it is Fazal's frosty aunt, who has never liked Nadiya, who reconciles them with a confession of her own.
