DI O'Neil and DC Dave Cartwright suspect arson,O'Neil being convinced that homeless teen-ager Mikey Temple,who has burns on his hands,is the culprit.Dave believes that Warren,whose business was failing,is responsible though in the event both are in for a surprise. Meanwhile a well-dressed stranger arrives at the surgery,looking for Mrs Tembe,whose surname he happens to share.
