Granny Toots hospital for sick cats is overcrowded. A balloon race is to take place with a first price of 1000 pounds and Doctor Snuggles plan to enter the race with Dennis the badger in order for the prize money to pay for an extension of the hospital. But Willy the fox and Charlie the rat will also enter to fund another evil scheme. Also, Nobby competes so he can buy cheese with the prize money.
