S5 • E22 Nov 7, 2005 48mWhile Davide and Giulia wait in the hospital for Giuseppe Castaldo to wake up, miraculously alive after being wounded by Rea, Francesca and Roberto discover that the woman is pregnant. Mauro and Roberto follow the captain in the inspection of the house burned by Castaldo where Mauro discovers the fragment of an article in English that he gives to Germana to trace its origin: the photo shows Nina's face. Francesca is robbed by a drug addict who pricks her with a possibly infected syringe: after much research Roberto and Mauro manage to catch the thief who fortunately turns out to be HIV negative. Meanwhile Luca and Anna deal with the case of a young gay man beaten to death in his own apartment, perhaps by his gym mates who had discovered his diversity.
