Rice - How Safe is Our Food?

As evidence emerges about the harm this could potentially cause, particularly to children, new maximum levels of arsenic in food are being proposed by the Government and the European Union. Morland Sanders investigates these proposals and reveals the results of tests on a selection of popular rice products.
