When the narrator asks him why he is so sad, he replies that he's lonely, has no friends and getting some is just plain impossible. The narrator says that it will not be impossible if he is a rock star, intriguing Goofy. The narrator first explains the steps of image, starting by rock star hair, meaning having long hair, but Goofy ends up having an haircut that is too long and can't see anything, forcing him to remove the mass of hair with a pair of scissors, then he makes a hair joke.
