Ema decides to take part in the selection procedure for the head of the murder party and, to the great astonishment of her future colleagues, she wins the selection procedure. The only serious candidate, Honza, is being investigated for shooting the perpetrator. The difficult role of her mother and work in Emma's homicide unit prepares for a difficult start. Honza is one of those who takes the new boss with a reserve from the beginning. He doesn't mind that someone else skipped him, but that he was someone who didn't think he had the job. In other cases, they become a couple who complement each other professionally and gradually find in themselves perhaps even more than collegial affection.
