Auggie and Annie are reunited 'on loan' from their new sections for a mission in Barcelona, where a master-hacker is selling a computer virus which would enable China to cause enormous damage. After a seemingly-successful handover, alas of a fake, they trace a suspicious waitress and discover she's the hacker and decide to recruit her. Afterward, Annie resumes her affair with Simon Fischer.
