The Dog River sewer system backs up causing chaos. No one can use their toilets, so Karen and Davis bring in a porta-potty that everyone fights over. Hank sees a business opportunity and starts PÜBER, a mobile outhouse. Wanda thinks she’s responsible for the clog and treks into the sewer system while Lacey bribes Brent to keep the only working toilet in town a secret. Meanwhile, Emma tricks Oscar into updating their family portrait when she finds an unused gift certificate.
