A former lawyer attends a community college when it is discovered he faked his Bachelor's degree. In an attempt to get with a student in his Spanish class, he forms a Spanish study group. To his surprise, more people attend the study group and the group of misfits form an unlikely community.

The rest of the seasons took a massive nose dive and should not be watched under the risk of ruining the opinion of the show. I can't say it's 100% studio's fault either. Season 3 did run out of steam with a few filler episodes near the end, and Harmon does fumble endings in his other shows later. So there's probably a good reason why he was removed from season 4's production which derailed the show. Regardless, first 3 seasons are comedy gold.
