Night two and martial-arts coach Jamie aims to impress with his healthy dishes, but will his soup fall foul of Lynda's high-standards? And can his skills as a rapper save the day? It's Lynda's turn on night three, but will her critical track-record come back to haunt her? The week ends with sporty Graham bidding to triumph with a night of locally-sourced Hampshire delights.
