Episode 2Colin and Justin are two months into their project and the restaurant build is underway. Now they are looking for a chef to run it and try out David who has been working in pest control since he lost his chef's job in the pandemic.

Episode 3With just 9 weeks until the hotel is supposed to open, the pressure is on, but there is a mountain of work to be done and everything seems to be a priority. Colin and Justin plan to open Louisbourg's first cocktail bar.

Episode 4With just weeks to go many of the guest suites are still being decorated and having furnishings installed. Despite this Colin and Justin have decided to take on more last-minute projects including a steel sculpture and restoring a caravan.
