S8 • E20Classical Stretch Season 8 workouts are all full body workouts and will include all the benefits of the program. However we have broken down the workouts into 2 themes: strengthening and flexibility/mobility workouts. In each episode you will find both themes but some focus more on one theme then the other.
Strengthening workouts include: 2,4,7,8,9,10,13,15,16,17,18,19,21,23,24,26,28,29. These workouts will also tone your muscles and promote weight-loss.
Flexibility/mobility workouts: 1,3,5,6,11,12,14,20,22,25,27,30. These workouts are also for arthritis, healing, stress relief, pain relief. Please note that these workout suggestions are only guidelines please consult your physician before doing any of the workouts.
