Chip, Dale, Gadget, Monterey Jack and Zipper discover Klordane and Nimnul's devious scheme to create an underground earthquake via a giant gelatin mould for robbing the City's bank. The Rangers' plan is to create a second earthquake to bring the police forces to capture he evils and save Drake and Plato.
