A promising lead is provided to Sabrina by a homeless man living in the parking lot, who links the series of crimes with a limosine sporting diplomatic license plates. Kelly follows the limo to an Arabian restaurant, but she is captured and locked in an abandoned warehouse with Iggy and the missing skaters.
