This was a tag team challenge. Since Tejasswi's dish was the best in the last challenge, She could choose her partner, and The judges would make the remaining pairs
The pairs were: Tejasswi and Nikki; Rajiv and Usha; Dipika and Faisu; Gaurav and Kabita
During the challenge, One contestant from each pair will have to cycle using the exercise cycle and the other contestant will have to cook. If the contestant stops cycling, the gas will not work. After a certain period, The contestants will have to switch their positions. The bottom 2 pairs will go to the Black Apron Challenge
