Ex soldier Carl Palmer returns home from Cyprus to join his brother Chris who has agreed to help find Carl's son.

Episode 1Chris and Carl head to Catterick to search for Carl's long-lost son and unwittingly stumble on an armed robbery. Carl has booked a room at the Mermade Hotel run by the unpleasant Mr Oates. What is the secret that he keeps locked away in the hotel safe?

Episode 2Chris and Carl arrive at the Mermade Hotel and are amazed by the luxury of their room. Meanwhile, the shooting at Neil's Wheels is being investigated by the police and Tony starts his search for the brothers.

Episode 3The brothers enlist the help of Mark as they continue their search to find Carl's long lost son. Mark reveals the truth about what really happened at last year's flotilla and why Mr Oates treats him so badly.

Episode 4Things start to get complicated at the Mermade Hotel. Tony attacks Chris and Carl who escape with Mark, the hotel till and safe are emptied to the fury of Mr Oates, and the police return to the hotel.

Episode 5Carl, Chris and Mark have finally reached the garden centre near Catterick in their search for Carl's son. They are joined by Tony and DI Fowler. Tony has the upper hand as he has a gun!
