Lenny and Jay cut the cast off to find her foot is infected and the cast should have been taken off months ago. She is using a missing girl's identity. Miriam's step-grandson comes looking for her. There is a floral memorial for Polly in front of the hospital. Miriam forfeits the job to Jordan.
