In Guy Fawkes' night themed accidents an alcoholic, cantankerous old woman vagrant climbs up a bonfire pile and falls into a skip full of fruit & veg and a small boy with arguing grannies and a high flyer medic mum played by This Life star Amita Dhiri is burned by fireworks; an air force pilot has loads of things mental and physical wrong. It is revealed that Richard has MS and naturally wants it kept secret because it would mean losing his job. A time waster old man hopes to be diagnosed with an illness which will prevent him from working. Charlie is afflicted with sleep deprivation on account of baby Louis. The team celebrate getting a helicopter as an air ambulance.
