Harley acquires his very first solo case as a Private Investigator to find his very first client's Neil Jacott's wife Gretchen, who went missing. The new chief of police Joyce Boyle, does not believe in Harley's goofy P.I. instincts until Mrs. Jacott calls her husband Neil's cell phone and confirms that she has actually been kidnapped.
