S14 • E5 Feb 28, 2016 30mBurt Wolf guides us along the Danube. First stop is Nuremberg, where we take a look at the works of Albrecht Durer, a master artist of the 14th century. We also visit Regensburg, its castle and its 1,000-year-old bridge. Then through the Danube Gorge, one of the most beautiful landscapes in Europe. There's a visit to Salzburg with a walk through the streets where Mozart lived, a tour of the ancient Melk Abbey, and a demonstration of the Abbey's reusable coffin. Next stop is Vienna and a guided tour of the Hapsburg Palace. The program ends with a visit to Budapest.
