Briar and Bramble see Logger Vick walking in the woods with a big bundle on his back. They follow him so that they could stop him whenever he starts to harm the forest. Instead of brandishing his chainsaw at the innocent trees, Logger Vick reveals a picnic basket. He spreads out a blanket on the ground and takes out all the food and drinks from his bundle. Enchanted by the delicious food, the bears move toward Vick to grab a few things to eat.
