Logger Vick reads from a Kung Fu book about the Meteor Hammer, a mighty weapon used against trees and foes alike. Thinking that it may help him with his work and dealing with the bears, he recreates one of his own. He takes it to the forest and tries it out on the trees. The noise awakens Bramble from his deep slumber. The two soon start a duel. After a fierce battle, Bramble overpowers Vick and snatches the Meteor Hammer away. Enraged, Vick proceeds to make an even stronger version and challenges Bramble to a rematch.
