Logger Vick thinks the reason why the bears always stand in the way of his logging is perhaps because they cannot benefit from logging the forest themselves. A commercial on TV enlightens him. Vick invites the bears over to his house and introduces his theme park project to them. He says he's going to build an amusement park in the forest. He asks the bears to move somewhere else to live during the time of construction. Vick ensures them a high convenience of living by offering to be the bears' nanny.
