Logger Vick throws away a box of things he doesn't need any more, including some comic books and a few bottles of spray paint. Briar discovers this box. He reads the comic books, and he enjoys them so much that he takes the box home. He shows the comic books to Bramble. The bears start painting pictures from the comic books with spray cans. They paint on stones and trees till they reach Logger Vick's house.
