- Kevin Ward2025年7月2日Really solid sci-fi time travel story that plays out like a detective drama. Four detectives in four vastly different time look for answers to the a mysterious body found in secluded alleyway. Their investigations progressively become intertwined in unexpected ways. For a limited series (at least, I think it’s limited) it’s not the breeziest watch. Takes a little while to get your head around all of the characters in the various time periods, but it ultimately all folds together fairly well in the end. Not exactly a standout show, but I enjoyed it for what it was.
- Razorbitz2026年9月25日A solid mini-series that stays weird and commits to its ridiculous premise. Based on the comic of the same name, it diverges from the source material somewhat to tell a unique story. Incredibly ambitious, and it mostly works! While I don't adore the final result and felt miffed by the ending, it's worth the watch. The "modern day" plotline is by far the weakest as is detective Hasan, who gets a disproportionate amount of screentime while also being the least compelling. Still, I admire what was attempted with her character and the surrounding police corruption thread is compelling enough. The other dualing timelines all have some standout moments however, with particular love to the WWII dirty detective having a near flawless story that is worth seeing for alone. I also loved 1800's timeline for different reasons, but without spoiling hit me like a truck. The future timeline is quite interesting too, but we dont get nearly enough of it and I found that a damn shame. Worth the watch for anyone who enjoys convulted time travel, that pays off better than most.
