When their Halloween pickings are slim, little Louise "Scissor Hands" wants the Belcher kids to go trick or treating at Kingshead Island, land of candy plenty, where all the wealthy people live. Bob and Linda are forced to go to Teddy's costume party. When the kids' new friends on the island, Milo and Ned, are terrorized during Hell Hunt, Tina votes to do the responsible thing.
