Meanwhile, Mayor Madison is inundated with suggestions of who should receive the first gold star. Scoop tries to impress her in an effort to win the award, but his antics accidently cause a massive power outage. Bob springs into action to fix the problem and is chosen as the recipient of the city’s first gold star.
