In an apocalyptic world a do-good-er cop uncovers an unorthodox racing hosted by an outrageous yet charismatic man. When discovered he is forced to team up with a daring woman to race across America against a group of pairs for a large prize money, as well as their lives. With the resources running low the cars are made to run on blood. Meanwhile his partner is captured by a police woman connected to the race.
