At the beginning of September 2000, nine women and men moved into the specially designed house on Kvarnholmen near Stockholm. The challenge may sound simple but in reality is far from a bed of roses. For 102 days, the heroes of the TV series were side by side, completely isolated from family, friends and the rest of the world - no phone, no radio or TV and no newspapers. The house had everything necessary, but absolutely no luxury.
