On the day of a special tea party with Mum and Mrs Page, Mrs Patel brings a surprise guest: Angel the dog. Everyone immediately falls in love with this cute little pup. Angel seems so much better behaved than Floppy, who keeps getting the blame for lots of naughty things. But when Chip begins to suspect that Angel isn’t as angelic as she seems, he must find a way to clear Floppy’s name and catch Angel in the act.
