Reyshan Parker started beyond the check as a way to explore the positive side of the restaurant industry by searching out the small successful worker owned restaurants across the country. After working in the service and film industry for over twenty years, Reyshan, his wife Jordan, and their crew, have decided to hit the road on a quest to learn about the history of the best, long lasting small town favorites, meet the chef/owners, and experience their personalized cuisines that only exists in their one of a kind establishments.
