Sixteen-year-old Timothy fights, steals and lies to get his way. But when a judge at Georgia's Douglas County Jail catches him in a lie, the consequences may keep him locked up. The officers and inmates are unrelenting on Darnisa, 15, a self-proclaimed "wild child;" Thomas, 16, who steals from his mother; and Jake, 13, who assaulted his father and is convinced that everything in the jail program is fake.
