Still reeling from losing their partner/leader (Pierce), Plumber offspring Helen (resembling Ben's former Omnitrix alien XLR8) and Manny (resembling Four Arms) hunt down and disintegrate aliens. Though primarily battling the DNAlien conspiracy, they recklessly, due to ignorance, include all alien life forms encountered. When their equipment detects the nearby presence of alien DNA, Ben's team becomes targeted.
