Food allows you to show others who you really are. This is how Monk Jeong Kwan described her reason for spreading temple food throughout the world. Dong Wook visits Monk Jeong Kwan at the Baegyang temple, where Monk Jeong Kwan stays as the chief monk, and gets to experience the way she cooks temple food. Although many famous chefs around the world demand to be lectured by her cooking skills, she finds it more important to spend time sharing temple food with people in Korea. This is the reason she opened a restaurant. Lastly, she shares the most crucial moment of her life and how it is related to temple food.
