When someone is arrested for murder, the D.A. is ready to prosecute but Vincent tells Catherine that someone from the tunnel world saw the murder and says that the one who was arrested is not the killer. But the person is not willing to come forward. So Catherine tries to investigate on her own which makes her boss unhappy.
