Season 1

Returning to find Cybertron populated only by Vehicon drone armies controlled by Megatron, the fugitive Maximals are given new technorganic bodies and begin a guerrilla war against Megatron and his dreams of a world ruled by a single mind.

The Reformatting

The ReformattingOptimus Primal, Rattrap, Cheetor and Blackarachnia find themselves in their old bodies, without any memories and unable to transform on a barren and deserted Cybertron that's been overrun by mysterious mindless vehicle Transformers. A guiding vision tells Optimus to lead his crew to the Oracle, which grants them strange technorganic bodies. However, they still have trouble transforming.
Master of the House

Master of the HouseSeeking out allies, Blackarachnia and Cheetor discover that the entire Transformer population of Cybertron has mysteriously vanished. Rescuing them from a Vehicon attack, Optimus discovers the truth about Cybertron.
Fires of the Past

Fires of the PastThe maximuls attempt to recover the cybetron backup files only to find them wiped clean. Blackaracnia begins having flashbacks of her missing comrades and heads out with rattrap to find some answers. Megatron gives them trouble though when he brings three sparks back online to give his drones an edge.

Mercenary PursuitsRattrap discovers a countervirus that helps him transform -- but once he starts, he can't stop.
Forbidden Fruit

Forbidden FruitWhile patrolling, Optimus discovers a bat hiding in the shadows. At first he flees when Optimus tries to speak to him. At one point in the storyline, Jetstorm ambushes the Maximals and the new maximal must cooperate to save his life and at the same time, the life of his new friends.
The Weak Component

The Weak ComponentRattrap finally learns how to transform, only to discover his Robot Mode has no weapons. With nowhere else to turn for protection, he strikes a deal with Megatron.

Revelations: Discovery (1)Running from Vehicons, the Maximals find themselves in a giant spark extractor facility, surrounded by dead Cybertronians. When Thrust saves Blackarachnia, she realises that the sparks of their dead comrades are being recycled into drones.
Revelations: Descent (2)

Revelations: Descent (2)Cheetor leads a dangerous mission to bring out Tankor's old Maximal personality. In doing so, Rattrap discovers a major clue to the Maximals' missing memories.
Revelations: Apocalypse (3)

Revelations: Apocalypse (3)Nightscream fights to retrieve Blackarachnia's stolen Spark. Meanwhile, Optimus is able to contact Rhinox's Spark, but Rhinox deals him a major surprise.
Survivor

SurvivorMegatron sends his generals and Diagnostic Drone into the catacombs to kidnap Nightscream and learn the secret behind his Beast Mode. Nightscream is forced to relive a painful memory from his past.
The Key

The KeyTankor uncovers an ancient weapon with the power to turn organic material into cybernetic metal. Nightscream gets hit by the weapon, and the Maximals race against time to save him from going offline.
The Catalyst

The CatalystLiquid from Cybertron's organic core nourishes the Maximal's orchard: Blackarachnia persuades Rattrap to let her use some to try to resurrect SIlverbolt's spark from within Thrust. But her belief proves false.
End of the Line

End of the LineMegatron plans to use the Vector Sigma Keys to transform everything organic, including the planet's core, into technomatter: Optimus will counter by unleashing Plasma Energy, which destroys everything technological. Will anything survive?
