Barefoot Contessa is an American cooking show that premiered November 30, 2002 on Food Network. The show is hosted by celebrity chef Ina Garten. Each episode features Garten assembling dishes of varying complexity. Though her specialty is French cuisine, she occasionally prepares American, Asian, British and Italian foods. Her show also gives tips on decorating and entertaining.

While Miguel takes photos he creates a surprise table setting for Ina inspired by foliage found in the garden. On the menu are Panko-Crusted Salmon, Warm French Lentils, All American Cheese Board and Chicken Noodle Soup for Miguel's journey back to the city.

But first there's breakfast at Ina's to discuss the plan over delicious Tri-Berry Pancakes.

There's Truffle Popcorn with drinks followed by Spicy Turkey Meatballs, Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp and S'mores around the fire pit. The whole meal is served outside under incredible garden lights designed by Ina's friend Greg Yale, who is transforming the garden into a fantastic lighting grotto for the occasion.
