In the small village of Trefynydd the local bakery goes into liquidation making all it's employees redundant, only there's no money to pay the staff redundancy. After many heartaches the people decide to make a go of it on their own.

Episode 2With the factory gates now locked and the redundant bakery workforce shut out, the community is starting to listen to Owen's big idea. Owen goes on a charm offensive, even recruiting Sarah onto the workers co-operative, this leaves Rob feeling left out in the cold, and ever more desperate to get Sarah away from Trefynydd.

Episode 3The bakery is now open for business and Rob and Owen are trying hard to make it a success, but a large order forces them to push the workforce to their limits. The date of Sarah's wedding to Rob is approaching fast, which means that a big decision has to be made.
