Next she moves up a level when she makes individual Cabernet Pear and Walnut Strudels. For an advanced dessert Anna goes back to strudel’s roots with a Classic Cherry Strudel. This strudel has paper-thin pastry and is a must in any professional bakery. And finally Anna fancies up strudel with a delicious garnish—Caramel Springs.
