Denise and Rose open their dance school. Rose is distracted however as she wonders about the status of Holden and Lily. Curtis tries to play matchmaker for Denise and Ben, while Isaac makes inroads with her. Later, Rose, Denise, Isaac, Ben and Curtis toast the success of their first day. Simon phones Lily to tell her that Katie is pregnant. Lily is certain Katie is lying and pulling out all the stops to hold onto Simon. Lily is upset and angry, and Holden walks in on the conversation. Lily admits to Lucinda she still hasn't decided which man she loves more. Lucinda urges her to choose one or hurt both men. After grilling Margo for symptoms, Katie greets Simon with the perfect picture of a pregnant woman - morning sickness, moodiness, etc. Simon begins to believe she's telling the truth and asks to accompany her on her next doctor's appointment.
