Anne's activism comes up when two boys, who kissed , are beaten up. Together with her friend and ex-colleague Max she organizes a demonstration against violence. Both are completely absorbed in their mission and they aren't paying any attention to their relationship. Anne forgets to ask about Sara's important application and therefore she doesn't know that she has been offered a job abroad. Max also doesn't notice that Teun is busy with other things. Teun becomes a bit uncomfortable towards the demonstration and he wonders if he and the activist Max differ too much.
