The doctors Dr. Butzke and Dr. Feininger and sister Carola take care of injured animals, male cats to be castrated, disappeared breeding rabbits, dogs beaten by the owners or a rabid fox. Ms. Schneewolf is a cleaner and a kind of factotum of the practice.
