When a vicious demon from his home dimension of Pylea arrives in L.A., the Host - whose name turns out to be Lorne - goes to Angel for help. The demon came through a portal and, as Angel's team investigates, they find evidence of more portal activity around the city. Lorne's cousin, a warrior, arrives from Pylea and agrees to join their hunt for the demon.
