The guerrilla launches its first offensive and Barrientos seeks to manipulate this new enemy in his favor. But the violence gets out of control and President Echeverría summons the army to fight the guerrilla. Barrientos will have to defend his place in the cabinet while facing General Federico Amaya, an old and powerful enemy who will seek to override him no matter what it takes.
