Hosts Matt Iseman and Akbar Gbajabiamila have each selected their own teams comprised of 5 competitors, including one rookie and one female competitor. The teams will go head-to-head for bragging rights and the championship trophy. The show features 5 “supersized” skills and obstacles competitions: a giant peg board, a 40-foot Salmon Ladder, the Flying Shelf Grab, Jump Hang, and the “Mega Wall.”
