    The BodyAn old secret from Patrick's past emerges, among other things revealing that he knows Sam and Henry. The secret also provides the identity of the Mai Tai Killer, and Gino and Henry go to confront him and hopefully kill him. But the pursuit proves more dangerous than expected.

    The SentinelGino and Patrick face down the Mai Tai Killer, with a little help from Henry. After the faceoff, Patrick comes out of the closet, while Adam and Hannah pursue their investigation into the mysterious infection, and Hannah turns to her mother for support when she realizes she has the infection as well.

    Fire IslandPatrick, Gino, Adam, Theo, Sam, and Fran go to Fire Island, and discover that Big Daddy has followed them there. Sam throws a party, Fran reads fortunes, and Theo becomes increasingly sick from the virus that is spreading through the gay community.
